To configure your account in Outlook Express you should give the domain name as the incoming and outgoing server the entries should be as follows:
Incoming Mail Server - POP3 mail server – mail.yourdomain.com- 68.71.135.254
Outgoing Mail Server - SMTP Mail Server – mail.yourdomain.com - 68.71.135.254 |

As we are providing shared IP system, you should type full account name |

In the "Servers" tab, please give the exact password in the Password Text box, and check the check box for "Remember Password" |
|
Then check whether the last check box in the same tab for "My Server Requires Authentication" is enabled or not? It should be checked and the setting must be same as Incoming Server |
